Tournament rules

• Each event page states its format, race lengths, entry fee and prizes. Those rules apply to that event.
• Only players whose registration is confirmed and who check in on the day are included in the draw.
• Online registrations are confirmed only after the mobile money payment is verified. Nobody will ever ask for your PIN.
• Results are final once the organiser confirms them; prizes are handed over after that confirmation.
• Your name appears in lists and results only if you agreed. Otherwise you are shown as “Player” with a number.

Tie-break rules (groups and round robin)

1. Matches won.
2. Head-to-head: matches won between the tied players only.
3. Rack difference (racks won minus racks lost) over all group matches.
4. Racks won.
5. Drawing of lots: each player receives a lot number at the draw, published with the groups (lower number ranks higher).

A forfeit counts as a win by race length to zero. If a player withdraws, their unplayed matches are forfeited to their opponents; results already played stand.
